vCardHe holds a degree in Law and in Economics and Business Studies from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE E-3) and a PhD in Law from the Complutense University, is Associate Professor (accredited as Full Professor) of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Alcalá (Madrid), and has been a lawyer in the Technical Office of the Spanish Supreme Court (Third Chamber, reporting on the admission of cassation appeals in tax matters) during the years 2018 to 2020.
Speaker, guest lecturer and visiting professor at several Spanish and foreign universities, he is also a member of the Committee of Experts in Local Taxes and Cadastre of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF) and other associations in the sector.
Manuel Lucas joined Garrido as of counsel to strengthen its Advisory Board and to support the firm’s Tax Department with his knowledge and experience.
