Juan de Dios Nieto Giménez

Juan de Dios Nieto is a graduate in Economics and Business Studies from the Autónoma University of Madrid and is a State Tax Inspector on leave of absence.

During his professional career in the Tax Administration, he worked as a Coordinating Inspector in the Special Delegation for Catalonia of the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), and afterwards as an Inspector in the Technical Inspection Office of the Major Taxpayers Central Delegation and, in his last stage, as Head of the Selection Unit in the same Delegation, from where he joined Garrido as a new partner to strengthen the Contentious Tax Matters area of the Tax Department.

Juan de Dios Nieto is also a well-known speaker, lecturer of personal taxation and tax procedures at prestigious institutions such as ESADE and the College of Economists of Barcelona, and a regular lecturer and author of works in his speciality.
