Legal Dealmaker announces that Garrido has hired Juan de Dios Nieto and Elías Horcajo, two state tax inspectors, as partners to reinforce the firm’s Tax area. Both have extensive experience in the service of the Tax Agency, where they have held important positions of responsibility.
Juan de Dios Nieto holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and joins from the Major Taxpayers Central Delegation (DCGC), where he was Head of the Selection Unit.
Elías Horcajo holds a degree in General Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and joins from the Financial and Tax Inspection Unit of Castilla La Mancha, where he was Regional Head.
With his incorporation, the firm’s Tax area now has 10 partners and more than 60 professionals.
