A graduate in Law and in Business Administration and Management from Icade, she is a specialist in the management of board secretariats of financial institutions and listed companies; syndicated, asset and derivative financing operations; and M&A and financial operations, both national and international, in a wide range of sectors.
Amelia Buergo brings more than twenty years of experience providing legal advice to companies and financial institutions, both nationally and internationally, and throughout her extensive professional career, she has been a member of the Board of Directors and led the legal advisory teams of major financial institutions and leading national law firms.
